Gas Money (Indoor Shows Only), in the amount of $.40 per mile, one way, will be paid to all entries with pre-acceptance letter (excluding motorcycles, go-karts, mini-bikes, etc.) traveling over 100 miles one way, up to a maximum of 1,000 miles.

Show Cards will be furnished for numbering identification. To be in competition vehicles must be registered by 12 Noon Friday.

Passes - Two exhibitor passes will be allotted to each entry. Additional passes, valid for the duration of the show, will be available at $30.00 each (Wichita) and $40.00 each (Tulsa).

Stanchions & Rope will not be furnished. We ask that all car owners furnish their own to improve the appearance of their display. Unauthorized advertising in display area will result in disqualification.

Fire Regulations require locking gas caps, taped gas caps or tanks must be drained. All displays must be free standing and composed of fireproof materials. All battery cables must be disconnected.

Entry For Sale - Any entry for sale will be applied a fee of $50 to be paid at time of registration. This fee includes sign.

Sound or PA Systems - No Sound Equipment Allowed in display areas. Failure to comply will result in complete disqualification.

Show Schedule - Set-up 6 pm to 10 pm Wednesday, and 8 am to 10 pm Thursday. Deadline for pre-entries is 5 pm Thursday. 20 X 20 Display setup Wednesday 1 pm to 8 pm. NOTE:

To Enter - Send your entry form and other correspondence to the address above. You will be notified of your acceptance or rejection in letter form. Photos will be returned when possible. The show reserves the right to refuse any entry that does not meet Show qualifications.

Best Club Display Trophy - 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd Place
Club vehicles must be pre-entered to reserve space and all club vehicles in place  no later than 1pm Thursday of setup day. To reserve club space call (918) 257-4234 prior to set up day of show.

Judging Guidelines - Every effort will be made to contract qualified experienced car builders as judges. Three different judges will be used at each of the three championship events. (View Judging Guidelines)
