A milestone in the Rod & Custom Industry! A $10,000.00 cash prize. To celebrate the 40^th Annual Darryl Starbird National Rod & Custom Show in Tulsa, OK, February 18-20, 2005.

Darryl in conjunction with NRCC Hall of Fame is introducing a new annual prestigious award in the R&C Industry and will be known as the Hall of Fame Gold Award.  A special trophy designed by MK John and sculptured by Larry Henley will be presented annually to the vehicle that best exemplifies the criteria listed below. This vehicle will also receive $10,000 cash  

The award will not only set the standard in our industry, but a precedence will be set with the biggest cash award ever presented to one vehicle with only one show to qualify in our history. 

Darryl’s annual Tulsa Show already is considered one of the top indoor car shows in the country and definitely the biggest with over 1000 entries.  The show is held in the Expo Square Tulsa Fairgrounds building the largest open span building in the country and encompasses over 10 acres under one roof. 

Get your entry in early, a field of nine vehicles (The Fine Nine) will be qualified to compete.   “GO FOR THE GOLD”

2. First time shown in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
