  ** You will receive one (1) exhibitor pass for each 10 ft of paid contracted space with a minimum of three
       (3) passes.

  ** Additional exhibitor passes may be bought on set up day only of each show.

** All exhibitors with passes will enter the show building thru a designated exhibitors entrance.

** Management reserves the right to determine if a sound system may be used and, if so, the level of sound.

** Security will be provided during the entire weekend including night guards.

** Move In - Wednesday 6PM – 10PM, Thursday 8AM - 10PM (with paid deposit) All trailers must move in
on Wednesday.

** Move Out - No later than 12 midnight Sunday

Show Hours: Friday: NOON -11 PM, Saturday: 10AM-11PM & Sunday: 10AM - 6PM.
